This project was a joint occupancy by the US Army and College of Medicine and required extremely active management to integrate the needs of both tenants. It involved renovations to space in Central Florida Research Park, which required careful coordination for establishing work locations, documentation of workers authorized on site, turn over dates, subcontractor access, etc. A tie to the existing space was staged to limit the impact of work to the occupant to less than one day.
