GETTING ON THE BIDDERS LIST

Step 1
Submit Your Interest

Click the link under the “SUBMIT TO PREQUALIFY” section on this page. Then, send a follow-up email to bids@adowens.com with the following: 

  • A brief company introduction
  • Full contact information

Step 2
Attach Forms

Remember to attach the followings when completing the Subcontractor Pre-Qualification Form:

  • A completed W-9 form showing your legal company name (as registered with your State’s Division of Corporations)
  • Proof of insurance

Send all documents to bids@adowens.com.

Review & Approval

Once we receive your submission: 

  • Our team will review your documentation
  • If approved, your firm will be added to our system as an Approved Bidder.

Important Notes

  • When creating a bidders list, we prioritize subcontractors in the following order: Approved > Previously Bid > Others.
  • Not all subcontractors will receive bid invitations for every project.
