This project involves the development of a new equipment rental facility located on a 7.81-acre site along Grissom Parkway. The facility includes 10,000 square feet under roof, with 2,060 square feet dedicated to office space. Designed to support heavy equipment operations, the site required extensive dewatering due to a high-water table, which was successfully completed under the supervision of Brevard County in full compliance with all county regulations and inspections. Estimated to be completed in November, the facility will serve as a fully operational equipment rental hub, tailored to meet the needs of both commercial and residential clients.
