This project required converting a historic downtown Orlando building into a retail banking branch and involved a new roof and reworking roof top HVAC equipment without disrupting the third-floor tenant. The project was a significant modification to the existing office facility, completed on a fast-track basis and turned over three weeks early for occupancy.
